Delete your Biller account

You can ask us to delete your Biller account and the personal data we hold about it at any time. There are two ways to make the request.

In the app

Open Biller, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

From the web, without signing in

If you cannot use the app, submit the form below or email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We may contact you to verify the request before we delete.

What we delete

Your account profile, your order and transaction history, and any other personal data linked to your account, except records we are required by law to retain (for example, tax and other statutory records, which are kept for the required period and then deleted). See our Privacy Policy for retention details. Requests are completed within 30 days.
