Delete your Biller account

You can ask us to delete your Biller account and the personal data we hold about it at any time. There are two ways to make the request.

In the app

Open Biller, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Access to your account is disabled immediately.

From the web, without signing in

If you cannot use the app, use the button below to open our secure deletion request form, or email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We may contact you to verify the request before we delete.

What we delete

We delete or de-identify eligible account profile data and other personal data linked to your account within 30 days after we verify your request. We retain transaction and other records for periods required by law, including electronic-trade transaction records for at least three years, and delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required.
